4. Intellectual Property & User Content

SliceFlow does not claim ownership of any videos, clips, or audio tracks you process through the platform. You retain full copyright over your original media. You represent and warrant that you hold all required rights or permissions to cut and modify uploaded files.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that video processing will succeed for corrupt or non-standard container formats.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SliceFlow or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service or any loss of data or corruption of video files.
